VLVT delivers orders with Trunkrs or PostNL - with signature for receipt. This means that you have to sign for receipt. We request that you take this into account when specifying the delivery address (home or work).
Orders placed on workdays before 16:00 will be delivered the next day, weekend orders will be delivered on Monday. This means that you usually receive the order within 24 to 48 hours. Note: Trunkrs only deliver between 17:00 - 22:00.
If you were not at home to receive the order, you will find a card in the letterbox. It says when the delivery person comes by again.
You can always find the status of your order (s) under 'order status' in your account. If the delivery time runs out, you will receive a timely message from us. When the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace number from PostNL or Trunkrs .
